Our Services
Scanning As-Builts
We can streamlining the workflow of developing surfaces or plans that match as-built conditions in less time and are more accurate. The point clouds can be used in a variety of Autodesk and Trimble software's.
Stakeout For Excavation
We layout the points needed for a foundation, piers, etc.. Rather than you setting up batter boards and running string lines. We can help you save time and reduce the chances of mistakes and make the whole layout process easier.
Pinning Footings
We provide pin locations for formers once the excavation is complete. We will come back for each stage of the forming process to provide pins needed for the footings and foundation walls.
Surface Inspections
We provide surface inspections in the field. For example if you are pouring a concrete floor and want to see where the high spots are vs. low spots to ensure proper slope or levelness before finishing. We can scan the floor surface and provide a colorized plan that shows you exactly where the high or low spots are.
Utilities As-Built Plans
We can accurately record the location and depth of important utilities such as gas lines or septic beds before they are buried so that you can have an accurate as-built drawing.
